It looks like there might be snow on sunday and maybe next week, so expect delays. With the credit crunch biting now is the time to look for some cheap flights, although the airport tax from Heathrow is quite high. Heathrow hotels are a good option if you have an early morning flight. Here at the Cottage guest House we can give you a breakfast tray in your room if you are leaving early, nothing cooked but some cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit and you have your own tea making facilities in your room.

If you are going to Twickenham for the rugby, The Cottage is a good place to stay, specially if you are driving or flying in from Heathrow.  Heathrow airport seems a a little quieter than last week, when they announced the go ahead for the new runway.  Hopefully not many flight delays, but if you need a guest house within 10 minutes drive which has secure parking we should suit your needs. 

Being AA 4 star and in Britains Best B&B guide, with a friendly welcome, we hope to keep our customers happy.  Newly installed wifi is available in most rooms, so you can check your flight times or emails etc.  British Airways Concorde Club is about half a mile away.
