At present we have some family rooms available, so if you have kids and are catching an early flight it could be convenient if you stay here the night prior to your flight from Heathrow.  We only have 1 large family room which has 1 double bed and 2 single beds.  We also have 3 small family rooms that have 1 double bed and 1 single bed. With christmas nearly upon us and BA giving discounts a lot of people are travelling this year. Just to be clear about our location, we are about 2 to 3 miles from the airport just a couple of minutes drive from M4 junction 3.  Windsor is about 20 minutes drive away, also Legoland or Thorpe Park.

For BA staff working at Heathrow, The Cottage is about 5 minutes walk from The Concorde Club.  Which is ideal if you are attending a new year or Christmas party there.  At present we have availability, but rooms are going quickly, also near to Windsor and Heathrow Airport is about a 5 to 10 minute drive away, our secure car park is available for guests to use the nights they are staying here.  Being near to M4 junction 3 and having a car park you can stay here if you want to leave your car and go to the west end for a pantomime and want to have a drink after.  PHONE US FOR THE BEST PRICES WE CAN GIVE FOR THE NIGHTS YOU WANT TO STAY.

It is now after the peak season and cheaper flights from heathrow should be available, at the cottage it is peaceful as usual, with people back to normal after their summer break.  If you are looking for a quiet and good quality B&B near the airport, give us a try.  Secure parking is available when you are resident here.  All rooms are ensuite also being a good size.  Cooked breakfast is included in the price, with free wifi available to guests just ask for a ticket when you checkin.

Heathrow is looking very busy for July.  But here at the Cottage we still have availability and so we are able to give discounts on certain days.  This weekend July 4TH it is heavily booked because of Wimbledon finals and people starting to fly out for their summer holidays.  We are able to give breakfast trays if you have an early flight but please request at time of booking and also on arrival.  What with a very hot june and july looking okay weatherwise, london tourists should be happy they have picked such a good destination to travel to. Today is a nice summer’s day and if you are flying from Heathrow it would be ideal to relax in our garden before taking your flight.  June looks quite busy as Wimbledon tennis is approaching, although we have rooms available at present for later on in the month.  Before that is the annual tournament at Queen’s, which is nowhere near as big as Wimbledon but a good warm-up.   From outside the Cottage there is a direct bus to Hampton court, if you are thinkng of going to the flower show there, which takes place in early July or if you are coming by car you can take advantage of our secure car park while you are resident here.

The cottage has rooms available for Wimbledon 2009, suitable if you are driving as we have a secure gated car park, monitored by CCTV.  Being near heathrow it is a few miles drive to Wimbledon, but hopefully you can appreciate our hospitality and breakfast.  Central London is also about an 8 mile drive, but as we are just 2 minutes drive away from M4 motorway (junction 3) it does not take long if you avoid the rush hour.  Our address is 150-152 high street Cranford.  Our entrance is in a mews just off of the High Street, very near to Cranford Community College, if you head for The Jolly Gardeners pub we are in the cottages just off of the main road, inside the gates.

Being near heathrow we are used to taking last minute bookings and if you do not feel like using online services you can phone us on +44(0)2088971815. Bus number 105 stops outside Cranford Community College which is a couple of minutes walk to us. Or the cab company that we use charges about £10 from Heathrow for a normal sized car, but phone us and we can give you their number to confirm directly with them. If you are going to Legoland or windsor, they are about 15 minutes drive away, as is Thorpe Park. Here there is a secure gated car park which is covered by cctv. The Cottage is a 4 star guest house, which has many repeat guests, so if you are visiting or working in London why not give us a try.
